Zenless Zone Zerohas officially announced a new playable character named Vivian via drip marketing on X. The Mockingbird member will debut in the upcoming version 1.7 update, which is expected to go live on Jun 22, 2025. Read on for more details on the newest Agent in ZZZ.

Vivian made her first appearance during The Day of Brilliant Wishes event in the ZZZ 1.5 update and grabbed the attention of a lot of players. She is a member of the criminal faction known as the Mockingbird and HoYoverse has officially confirmed that she will become playable in version 1.7.
According to the drip marketing, Vivian’s Specialty and Attribute are:
Unfortunately, Vivian’s rarity still hasn’t been confirmed so you will have to wait until the livestream for more details.
It is worth adding that Vivian’s drip marketing also included her self introduction:
“Do not close the window, for the birds will bring love and carry away death.”
Additionally, there are some dialogues from some NPCs, such as Sjal from the Sixth Street:
“Vivian introduced me to several of my jobs! She can work up to five jobs in a day, and I really look up to her!”
Sjal reveals that the Mockingbird member helped her find several jobs. The former added that Vivian is a workaholic, and she respects her for that. It appears that Vivian may not actually be evil despite being a member of the criminal faction.
Hugo, another member of the Mokingbird faction, also has a dialogue about Vivian:
“This escape tool was made by Vivian. Intricate, isn’t it? I taught her how to make it.”
Hugo casually talks about an escape tool made by Vivian before boosting that it was him who taught her how to make it.

Vivian expected release date
Assuming Vivian debuts in the first phase of version 1.7, her banner will go live onApril 23, 2025. However, if she is in the second phase, you can expect her banner to be available onMay 14, 2025. The full schedule will be revealed during the next livestream.
