Who watches the watchmen?
If you were paying close attention to thelatestWatch Dogstrailer, you might have noticed a web address for the game world’s Central Operating Network (ctOS). Visitinghttp://chicago-ctos.com/takes you to a black page with ASCII text indicating that the site has been taken over by a group called “DedSec.”
Also on the page is a Latin phrase that reads “Quis Custodiet Costodes Ipsos.” It loosely translates into the very Alan Moore-ish “Who watches the watchmen?”
