Explore a morally questionable underground science facility
The Assemblyis a first-person adventure about a secretive scientific organization that operates “outside the constraints of law and government,” and as a “long form,” narrative-driven virtual reality experience with exploration and puzzle-solving, it looks promising. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of it before.
This eight-minute overview video really drew me in with developer nDreams’ commentary (it’s so calming!), but if you’re pressed for time, there’s a more traditionalstory traileras well.
The game is coming to PC on Jun 06, 2025 with Oculus Rift and Vive support. It will also be available later this year on PlayStation 4 following the launch of PlayStation VR in October.
