All Fruits fall under the Power Category scaling with the Power stat but not all Powers are Fruits like System Breaker or King of Heian. Either way, I’ll be ranking all of them for the best Fruits and Powers inUniversal Piece. They’re not made equal with some being extremely underpowered and some amazing for grinding and PVP. I’ll analyze all the moves and their scaling in thisUniversal PieceFruit and Power tier list.

All Universal Piece Fruits and Powers Ranked
All Fruits and Powers scale with the Power stat but the best Fruit and Power inUniversal Pieceis the one that has the best damage scaling, cooldown, and AOE. So far DPS wise these areKing of Curse, System Breaker and the buffed Turbo Exorcist. The S-Tier is also great for burst damage or better AOE/Cooldowns. As for the A-Tier, it’s filled with pretty decent options either as replacements for S or amazing Epics for damage and combo extension in PVP and PVE. B-Tiers are a bit underpowered but still decent and C and D-Tier are just weak options that you’ll use as a beginner and almost never again unless you want to meme or do a challenge.
