That didn’t take too long

Blizzard is bringing back theOverwatchclosed beta on February 9 in the Americas and Europe, and February 16 in Asia. If you had access to itbefore the hiatus, you’ll still be good to go.

The newly refreshed beta will sport several worthwhile upgrades: a new progression system, two extra maps, another mode, character rebalancing, and a “variety of Private Game updates, including full A.I. matches.” It should be worth checking out again, in other words.

There’s also a crumb ofOverwatchnews for the majority of us who are sitting here wondering if our invites got lost in the mail. Blizzard says it’s going to bring on more players for “an even wider range of perspectives and feedback.” That’s your cue to opt in, if you still you need to.
