The Top Shot Fearmaster is a gun peripheral forCabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2013, otherwise known as the series with some of the best worstvideogame box art. It might not look that crazy initially, but then you come to find out that this thing packs heartbeat sensors in its grips and an infrared camera.

That’s right — not just one heartbeat sensor, but two. Sh*t just got real, folks. With those and its motion sensor, the Fearmaster tracks players’ heart rate and movements. Using that data, the game itself will become blurred if you get too stressed out and shaky. Check the gallery for comparison shots.
