The classic top-down shooter will have some additions, like revised graphics and 16-directional movement, but such features are largely optional. By all accounts, this won’t be another painful awful remake — instead, it’s being pitched as a “restoration.” Exactly what I want.
The new version is hitting Steam, GOG.com, and Get Games on June 19, 2025 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Normally, it’ll be $9.99, but youcan save a buckby pre-purchasing now.
