Ready for some sensory overload? Bullet hell shoot ’em upShinorubihas officially fired off a release date and is now lined up for consoles and PC on July 04, 2025.
Red Art Gamespreviously hadShinorubipenciled infor “early 2023,” but clearly time is running out to make that cut. WhenShinorubilaunches it will be available digitally on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Those looking to pick up a physical copy will be able to do so on day one for PS4 and PS5. As for the physical Switch release, manufacturing delays have pushed that one back to Q2 2024.

The Deluxe Edition ofShinorubi, pictured below, is limited to just 300 copies per platform and available exclusively throughRed Art’s online store. Copies of the PS4 and PS5 versions are still available to pre-order, but the Switch Deluxe Edition is already sold out. There’s also aShinorubiPink Edition for Switch, which packs the game in a steelbook case with a double-sided poster and soundtrack. That one is a little less scarce at 2,000 copies.
Shinorubimarks the first release from the development team at Last Boss 88, who are, as you might have guessed, huge fans of danmaku shmups. For anyone who wants a taste, the game has been inEarly Access on Steamsince January 2022.
