Irrational Games co-founder and creative director Ken Levinehas taken partin an Ask Me Anything to promoteBioShock Infinite. Most notably, the AMA revealed thatBioShock 1and2composer Garry Schyman will be returning for the new game. While the music (and audio design, more generally) was probably the least of my concerns, this is good news regardless.
“His score is very different from the first two games, yet very much guided by the same aesthetic principles,” wrote Levine. “We were lucky to have him and I can’t wait until you get to hear some of his stuff. He’s working in a different, sparer style, but it’s awesome.” A sample of Schyman’s work can be found above.
