Sequel to Waves It’s sad that Bizarre Creations was shut down after Activision’s purchase of the studio, especially considering the circumstances behind the situation. Whatever the case may be, Lucid Games has been doing a good job of recapturing the series’ magic however, withGeometry Wars 3: Dimensions. It looks like another indie developer is also carrying that torch, as Squid in a Box’sWaves 2is now out on Early Access on Steam....

Ghostlight deviates from pattern with this action game port Way of the Samurai 4is cutting a trail to PC later this year, Ghostlight has announced. The publisher admits porting the open-world action game is a tad outside its wheelhouse, but decided to take a swing at it all the same. Historically, the company has distributed obscure JRPGs for European markets, but perhaps this is a portent of things to come....

Brace yourselves, E3 is coming XSEED Games revealed its spicy E3 lineup today, and it includes some things we already knew about and some things we figured XSEED was working on but couldn’t yet say for sure. Among the new confirmations areFate/Extella: The Umbral Star, a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita action game based onType-Moon‘sFateseries of visual novels (and everything else, really).
