The Munchablesmay be a major contender for “most entertaining-looking game I never knew existed until today”. An action-adventure from Namco Bandai, the game throws you into the world of the Munchables, a friendly race of creatures whose home planet has been invaded by a bad guy named Don Onion. I don’t know of the giant pink flying thing wearing the 3D glasses in the picture above is a boss or a friend, but either way it looks to be breaking Richter scale levels of awesome....

The series is known for its strategy and quirky elements, and seeing it as a real-time shooter threw a number of fans through a loop. But strangely enough, it works! It definitely retains the strategy and quirkiness of the previous games, while including a greater focus on coordination and teamwork within fast-paced gameplay....

Microsoft hasrevealedthat the Summer update for its New Xbox Experience will arrive on August 11. If you didn’t know by now, the update will bring with it a fresh batch of features, including Games on Demand, friends list sorting, unlockable Avatar awards, Netflix improvements and … ahem …premium Avatar clothing. The Twitter and Last.fm additions will not, sadly, be part of the update. Microsoft has confirmed that these features will come with the fall update....

It’s safe to say pretty much every returning character could get one WhenSuper Smash Bros.Wii U and 3DS were released, fighters were inevitably left out, because that’s how normal fighting game series go.
