Naughty Dog is currently hiring team members for the development of a brand new multiplayer game. “Embark on Naughty Dog’s newest adventure – the studio’s first standalone multiplayer game!”states the job listing on the developer’s website.“We’re seeking to bring the same level of ambition and quality of our signature, story-driven games to this unique multiplayer project,” As reported by VGC, the job vacancies suggest that the scrapped multiplayer aspect ofThe Last of Us Part II, “Factions” may instead be splintered off into its own independent release....

Both staples in the FPS genre, I’m struggling to come to terms with the thought that one day we may stop talking about these classic games. This is a mod from user D3athStalker that combinesDoom 2withWolfenstein, allowing you to fill the boots of the latter’s legendary protagonist, BJ Blazkowicz....

Also known as “Pimpkachu” The facial expression of this man simultaneously dressed as a pimp and Pikachu says it all, until you notice the woman on the left of the photograph. Oh, but just wait — if you go look at the full image, you’ll then see that he’s got a sparkling Poké Ball cane. Classy, original, and even a tad bit subtle, all things considered. I respect the hell out of people who can perfectly capture the essence of a fictional character through hand-made costumes, but this is the kind of creativity I particularly love to see from the cosplay community....

I also like that players can choose between having an unlocked frame rate or a locked 30 frames per second that does away with screen tearing....

Return of the Mack Aswas rumored earlier today, Sony has announced a demo for the upcomingMediEvilremake during today’s State of Play stream. Containing the same levels as the PS1’s own demo disc (remember those?), players will be able to tackle “Dan’s Crypt” and “The Graveyard” to get a sample of how Sir Daniel Fortesque’s return to action is. I know I’m looking forward to it and that double dose of nostalgia by recreating the original demo is a nice touch....

Steel Battalion? One of the best games to ever hit the original Xbox. It’s a game where you control a giant mech using two joysticks, three foot pedals and a 40 button controller that came with every game.Steel Battalionwas great, but the huge price tag prevented a lot of people from experiencing it.
