Never heard ofLux-Pain? It’s a Nintendo DS text-based adventure that was released in Japan in early 2008. After hearing the buzz, I tried to give dark detective/mystery game a spin, but the Japanese text was a bit over my comprehension level. From what I saw, it looked great. Now, thanks to Ignition Entertainment, Marvelous Interactive, and developer Killaware, we will be able to play it next year in English. Lux-Pain is set in historical Kisaragi City, a town plagued by mysteries from small mishaps to murders – with no logical explanation as to why these events occur....

“I can’t believe they delayed Fuse!” – said no one ever Electronic Arts held an earnings call earlier today and announced that Insomniac’sFusehas been delayed to Q1 of fiscal 2014. That gives us a release window of somewhere between the beginning of April and the end of June 2013 now. The four-player cooperative shooter was originally scheduled for a March release for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The delay is giving the developer more time to polish and “make a better game,” according to Insomniac’s officialTwitter page....

Based in Boston, the orchestra performs exclusive arrangements from videogames and anime, and they’re set to take to the stage again on October 7th after their last performance back in April of this year quickly sold out. Music fromCastlevania, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy,Street Fighter IIand more will be performed, and composers Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts, everything), Hitoshi Sakimoto (Final Fantasy XII, Valkyria Chronicles), Noriyuki Iwadare (Lunar,Grandia,Ace Attorneyseries) and Kinuyo Yamashita (the originalCastelvania) will all be attending the concert and signing autographs for those who purchase VIP tickets....
