Approaching a year of paid and free support Assassin’s Creed Odysseylaunched last October, and the final major DLC pack fortheAtlantisstorylineended in July. That’s a decent run for what is ostensibly a single player RPG, but Ubisoft isn’t done just yet. As detailed in the September update video below, more stuff is on the way. Discovery Tour (read: the “Educational Mode”) is still coming, and if you haven’t experienced the EgyptianOriginsrendition yet, you’re in for a treat....

Human remains will do that Assassin’s Creed Unitywas mostly an adventure that took place on the crowded Parisian streets, all jam-packed with people. The game’s first add-on looks to be similarly populated — not by lively dissenters, but by the skulls, bones, and spirits of the post-alive. Ubisoft announced today that theDead KingsDLC, which is free for allUnityowners, will release on January 13. Last day is Jun 02, 2025 I actually played the free-to-playBullet Runat E3. Oh, how naive I was back then. If you read the article, you’ll see that I actually sorta enjoyed playing the game on the show floor. Silly me. When it was released, I finally gave it another whirl, with some pretty fond memories of that E3 experience. The real game, however, was pretty awful. The grind for in-game currency was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced and the base game was incredibly shallow....

Remedy’s time travel shooter didn’t sit right with me for years dating back to when I saw the game at E3 2013, but arecent preview eventallayed those concerns, because the game is fun as hell. Live-action, TV-like episodes between each of the game’s five acts (so there are four of these bad boys in total)....

Three-button bliss A glance atDownwell‘s tricolor palette in still shots doesn’t really do it justice. Watching it in motion gives a better idea what it does, but not until actually playing it does it all click. It is built around a simple mechanic: press the button to jump; press it again in the air to fire gun boots downward. The recoil doesn’t act as a double jump exactly. No extra height can be gained from the shots, but the little protagonist’s descent can be slowed....

Inside this 55-galloon tank is an abridged recreation of level 1-1 fromSuper Mario Bros.Mario, the enemies, and all the bricks are LEGO pieces, painted over, then sealed with clear enamel, while the pipes are painted PVC pipes. It probably would have been more fitting to do level 2-2, but that’s just nitpicking on my part. My roommate made a Super Mario Bros scene inside his 55 gallon fish tank....

It’s surmised that theX/X-2remaster sold nearly seven million Final Fantasy Xsales (and that’s the series itself, includingFinal Fantasy X-2) have hit the 20.8 million mark since September 2021, Square Enix reports (via Gematsu).
