You’re gonna need a bigger tavern Blizzard Entertainment has announced that their deck-building card battler,Hearthstone, has registered a whopping 100 million players since its launch back in 2014. Yes, it was that long ago. Obviously this number refers to all accounts activated to date. The PC and mobile strategy game, which is currently approaching its tenth expansion,Rastakhan’s Rumble, has massed a huge global community, as players far and wide playHearthstoneonline, or meet up at one of the 2,000+ “Fireside Gathering” events that take place each month in real-world locations....

According toBusinessWeek, Nintendo was the World’s Best Company in 2009. Based on what? Well, according to the list compiled by managing consulting firm A.T. Kearney, companies should show “commitment to innovation, diversified portfolios, strong leadership, and a clear vision of the future.” The best company to do that last year, says the firm firm, was Nintendo. “Its sales have risen 36% annually over the past five years, while its value growth averaged 38%,” writes BusinessWeek of the king of all companies in 2008....

Now that CD Projekt Red has started working on theCyberpunk 2077sequel, codenamedProject Orion, we can look forward to seeing where the Polish studio takes things. ‘Replay your favorite story scenes’ So back in January, Bandai Namcoannounced its plans to add a time machine toDragon Ball Z: Kakarot. Not only was the concept thematic, but it’s also very much functional, as the idea is that you can replay old content you’ve already beaten in a bid to acquire new items for your main quest, or clean up side missions you missed out on. Well, it’s been a bit since the last update, but the publisher has re-confirmed that the time machine is coming this week!...

An update is coming tomorrow We’re all waiting to see ifFallout 76can be saved. All eyes are on the Wastelanders update, which was supposed to arrive in 2019 in the form of a free expansion, but was since delayed into the first quarter of 2020. This massive addition will add in more story content, most notably in the form of actual NPCs. I’ve said this many times but the more I think about it the more ridiculous it is:Fallout 76‘s lifeless world didn’t really launch with NPCs....
