The patches, which are live in their respective releases right now, allow players to play the Japanese editions of numerous titles. For the most part, this may just appear to alter text language or logo design, but for some games (particularly in theCastlevaniarange) the Japanese versions feature more blood and gore, specific references to Dracula and, most notably, use of religious iconography such as crucifixes....

Well that was short-lived Over the course of the past month or so, we’ve seen the raid challenge mode inDestinyshift to theWarpriest, thenGolgoroth, andOryx. Now it’s back to the Warpriest with the exact same challenge as the initial week, which is rather disappointing. I don’t know what I expected from Bungie, or why I think it’ll actually implement something interesting from time to time. Initially, I thought maybe a few other encounters like the Totems or the Daughters would have challenges, encouraging players to not just skip around or only do the challenge that week....

As of right now, there are two kinds of people in the United States; those who own a Nintendo DSi, and those that don’t. Actually, I just got home with the system myself, and I have to say that so far I’m surprised by how new it really feels. It may play the same old games, but the camera and music functions are actually pretty bitchin’. That said, if I weren’t a member of the “gaming press”, I likely would have held off on buying the thing until the inevitable price drop and/or the release of some DSi exclusive killer app....

When things do go wrong (and trust me, they will), you will always knowwhy. Whenever you lose in a game you need to know why. Otherwise, how will you get better? Heroes of the Storm PTR impressions Garrosh, another widely requested hero to follow up the perhaps most requested Malthael, has entered the arena inHeroes of the Storm. Much like his storyline players are already up in arms regarding his abilities and fantasy, but after putting him to the rest in the public test realm, I’m ready to chalk this up as a win. Garrosh’s core “solo tank” mentality comes from his trait — for every 2% of missing health he he has, gets one armor (1% of mitigated damage)....
