I was in the moment I saw it Even though it’s developed by NIS,Yomawari: Night Aloneis still a pretty obscure project. It’s billed as a survival horror game, but is framed around the concept of a little girl rescuing her dog and her sister after her town succumbs to a terrifying darkness. Like many horror joints before it the flashlight is a key mechanic, but the isometric view makes it look interesting — the music is also hauntingly beautiful, so there’s that....
