Call in ‘zombomb’ strikes as you battle to control territory

The reveal ofPlants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfaretook a lot of people by surprise at this past E3. The series is known for its strategy and quirky elements, and seeing it as a real-time shooter threw a number of fans through a loop. But strangely enough, it works! It definitely retains the strategy and quirkiness of the previous games, while including a greater focus on coordination and teamwork within fast-paced gameplay.

Now, we have a new video showing off the Gardens and Tombstones mode, which is essentially a modified version ofBattlefield‘s Conquest mode. We also get a neat look at the other zombie classes, such as the Engineer, who can build turrets and call in ‘zombomb’ strikes. Check it out!
