Give it a shot
The time has come forMonster Hunter Generationsto spread its wings off of the 3DS and out of Japan.
Those two things are mighty specific, but Japan has been sitting on the Switch version ofGenerations— an HD port as it were — for roughly a year now. It’s set to debut on western shores on August 28, but before then you’ll get a chance to try before you buy. Capcom has announced thatMonster Hunter Generations Ultimatewill be playable tomorrow with all six hunting styles. As a reminder these are just variations, as all 14 weapons from the previous generation are still intact.

WhileGenerationspreserved the legacy of the original series just fine, I was already ready to jump intoWorldand I haven’t looked back.
