Here’s some tips to get you going again

Some Xbox One and PlayStation 4 players over onGameFAQs,RedditandTwitterare reporting that the game hangs after the opening cutscene.
Not sure what to do next? Some have had success uninstalling the game, reinstalling and playing through the opening cutscene offline, and then downloading the day-one patch. Others report a hard reboot (unplugging your console from the power socket) does the trick, too.
