Although we have a comprehensive guide on how to take down the towering foes, Reddit usertsuntoast gave us a heads-up on another method(if the weak point is on the enemy’s back): you just…whack it. It’s so simple! In the below video, the player struggles a bit with the Talus, before happening upon its back and simply hitting its weak point directly. The reason this method is gaining popularity is because so many folks use arrowsfirst, then hit the Talus’ weak point.
If you just go for the throat, it goes down in seconds flat. Watch and give it a try yourself!

I generally just run past Stone Talus fights
Look, there’sa lotof stuff to do inTears of the Kingdom. Unless a Talus fight is required for whatever reason, I’m likely just going to float, run, or gallop right past it. There are a ton of ways to take them out, ranging from bow and arrow shots to lightning, and more: but I just can’t be bothered!
