BecauseAngry Birdshas to haveit’s handineverything, or maybe because everyone wants to be part of this ever-expanding franchise, Green Day is now teaming up with Rovio to add band themed levels to the hit game. These levels are to promote the band’s upcoming album ¡Uno! but will only be available on theFacebook versionof the game for now.

I’m not really sure whether I should applaud Rovio’s marketing team for being so good at their jobs or make snide remarks about the whole thing. Maybe I should just shrug indifferently since whatever. What do you think about this whole thing? Are you excited about this, do you still even playAngry Birds? Is this a brilliant marketing move or just ridiculous over-saturation by a franchise everyone is tired of?
