Oh hell yeah!

Tonight at Square Enix’s “Uncovered” event, the publisher announced aFinal Fantasy XV-themed animated series,Final Fantasy XV: Brotherhood, and a CGI movie,Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive.

Brotherhoodis a free five-part series that comes from Tokyo-based anime studio A-1 Pictures, the first episode of which is already available online. The other four will air prior to the release ofFinal Fantasy XV. As a whole, the series will explore the relationships of the four main characters, specifically showing how the protagonists became friends and got to know one another from childhood to adulthood.

Meanwhile,Kingsglaiveis a feature-length film with an all-star cast of voice actors that includes Sean Bean, Lena Heady, and Aaron Paul. It will be released sometime later this year.
