In Japan soon, will likely come overseas
Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborncurrently has a free trial period program on the PC, which allows you to play for 14 days with some restrictions, like a level 20 cap and a cap of 20,000 gil. But Japan is about to expand their platforms for the trial, as PS3 and PS4 owners will be able to partake.
On December 11, PlayStation Plus members in Japan can access the trial on their consoles, with a full release to follow afterwards. It’s looking good in terms of an international push for the program, as nearly every other incentive for the game has arrived overseas.
