Season 4 has brought a lot of itemization changes which in turn has really shaken up the meta across the board when it comes to the best classes and builds for both leveling and end-game. S Tier builds are going to be top-of-the-line in both leveling and end-game content, while those in the A Tier may be especially good at one of the two. Those in the B Tier are solid enough that you won’t have any problems, but have better options like those in the S and A Tiers, but may just be a bit under-tuned in comparison at the moment.
