It’s always been tough to judge the longevity of multiplayer games. Even growing up on PC titles with dedicated servers and devout fanbases, what’s here today could be gone tomorrow, and many thriving online games have turned into ghost towns. Just look at the stark dropoff ofTitanfall, a fun first-person shooter a lot of people stopped playing so much the developer had to eliminate some playlists.
But now it’s even tough to judge how a multiplayer game will fare in its infant stages. With broken components and bad connections, picking up something that’s heavily reliant on online play can be a crap shoot.

So how do you feel in this current climate — are you picking upEvolvethis week regardless of how it operates at launch, and are you undeterred for other online-heavy games as well? Or do you wait to hear the opinions of others for the “go ahead” so to speak?
