Mark your calendars for 2022

Games Done Quick’s all-women speed-running event is back yet again, and ready to set some new records with their semi-annual marathon this winter. The event yet again will be run byGDQ‘s sister community the Frame Fatales. This time it’s branded as the “Frost Fatales,” as it will be snowballing onto our screens during the week of February 27 to March 5 in 2022. Over 100 women are set to participate, and will be racing through titles likeSpyro: Year of the Dragon,Zelda II: The Adventures of Link,Ducktales: Remastered, and many, many more.

The event will also benefit The Malala Fund, which has been supported by the Frame Fatales in their previous events as well. Co-founded by activist, author, and youngest Nobel prize winner in history Malala Yousafzai, the fund is a non-profit organization that supports the secondary education of women all over the world.

Frost Fatales 2022 event schedule

Last year during their event in November, Flame Fatales was able to raise over$80,000 for the cause, and are hoping to top that goal this year. With GDQ being one of the biggest fundraising events in all of gaming, it’s only a matter of time before its sister event is able to catch up to itsmassive charity donations.
