Finding all the Altar of Lilith locations in Fractured Peaks
Shortly after finishing the prologue ofDiablo 4, chances are you will stumble across your first Altar of Lilith. These altars are scattered throughout Sanctuary and when interacted with give your character a small but permanent attribute boost. There are 160 Altars in total, with 28 of them located in the Fractured Peaks. This is all Altar of Lilith locations in Fractured Peaks.

27. Father’s Cross Altar of Lilith
28. Eastern Pass Altar of Lilith
That is the location of all 28 Altar of Lilith’s in the Fractured Peaks. Once you have acquired all 28 and if you collected the available waypoints on the way you should have enough renown to hit level three for this region. If not, try doing some optional dungeons in the area for more renown.
You must unlock World Tier 3 in order to progress to renown level four and five.
