Tengamiis one of those games that relies heavily on its art style in capturing players’ interest initially and is perhaps better seen than described. Thankfully, a trailer for this adventure game hasjust been released, so you can judge for yourself and I don’t have to come up with adjectives that have been overused.

Nominated for theIndieCade 2012 awards,Tengamiis being developed by a small independent studio called Nyamyam that’s made up of ex-Rare staff. We’ve seen games use pop-up books as inspiration before, such as thePaper Marioseries, but this implementation looks to better reflect real life.
