Last romp in the Dishonored world
This weekend we have plenty of September and recent August release on the price chop block for PC gamers, including last Friday’s release ofDishonored: Death of the Outsider. The standalone title is an end to what was suppose to be a trilogy, priced slightly lower than a full title given the length of the game. Essentially if you had performance issue withDishonored 2before, you’ll probably face the same issue here. Otherwise, non-Dishonoredfan need not apply.
In recent release camp,XCOM 2: War of the ChosenandLife is Strange: Before the Stormreturns to 25% off. Both are Steam key and are also good pick up for fans of the respective series as reviews are favorable and thankfully both also hits the right price point. A Resident Evil franchise sale is being offered at GMG, while conversely some Capcom titles are also offered in the latest Humble Bundle (which is pretty good at the Beat the Average level).
For console gamers, there’s plenty of pre-owned copies being offloaded by Gamefly this weekend and you can pick upPreyfor cheap at $18 on either the PS4 or Xbox One. Other good titles areFinal Fantasy XVfor $20,Valkyria Revolutionfor $13, andBattlefield 1for $15.
In console hardware, the Nintendo Switch supply seems to have finally caught up with demand as they are now much easier to find online. Currently there are two bundles priced at $379.99, with theSplatoon 2bundle being available while theMario Odysseybundle being a pre-order.
